Certainly! During checkout, you can select the 'Pickup in store' option to pick up your order in Benschop (near Utrecht).
You will receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Our store hours are 9 AM - 4 PM Monday to Friday, and 10 AM - 4 PM on Saturdays.

Depending on which country you live in, we accept payments through iDEAL, Paypal and Credit Card.

Shipping
Shipping within the Netherlands: € 3,99
Shipping to Belgium and Germany: € 4,99
International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of your order.
Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany over € 70,- qualify for free shipping.
International orders over € 100,- qualify for free shipping.
All products are in stock and shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Depending on the destination, delivery is 2-5 business days, but can take longer for orders outside the EU.
Enjoy fast delivery! All orders placed on working days before 8pm will be shipped the same day.
We work with several reliable couriers such as DHL, DHL Warenpost, BPost, Evri and Colis Privé. When completing your order, you will see which courier delivers your package.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a track & trace code. This allows you to easily follow the status of your parcel.

Exchanges & Returns
Wrong colour or model, or rather a different length telephone chain? No problem! You can easily exchange the product via our return page: Returnless.
Please note: our exchange policy is only relevant to orders placed within the EU. Orders placed from outside of the EU cannot be exchanged, but can be returned.
The return costs are at your own expense, but the replacement item will be sent to you free of charge. You have 30 days to register your exchange.
Return instructions:
- Register your exchange via our online return form by entering your order number and email address.
- Select the product(s) you would like to exchange and state as clearly as possible which product(s) you would like to receive.
- Select your return method and complete your return request.
- Print the return form and shipping label, and you are ready to send it back!
- As soon as your return has been received and processed, the new item will be sent to you. You will automatically receive a confirmation of this with a track&trace code.
Important:
- Please return the product with all included accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original state and packaging.
- Always keep the shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.

If you have personalised a Dutch Bandolier with your choice of letter(s)/charm(s), you are not able to return it unless it was received in a damaged condition.
If you have ordered a Dutch Bandolier without letters/charms, it can be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Is your phone type not listed?
This means that we unfortunately do not have any cases available for your phone model. Each case is custom made for the type of phone it is suitable for. Unfortunately, there are so many different phone brands and models that we have not been able to include them all in the collection. We have chosen the most common models.
However, the collection is constantly expanding, so keep an eye on the site or sign up for the newsletter to get the latest updates on new releases!
Yes, unless otherwise indicated, all products are finished with genuine and high-quality pebble leather. This ensures that the straps and cases not only look beautiful but also last a long time.
For certain telephone models, we have special MagSafe cases that allows you to wirelessly charge your phone.
In general, you cannot wirelessly charge your phone with our normal cases, as they do not have built-in MagSafe due to the card holder blocking it.
The phone charms (also known as hand straps) are 32 centimeters in length, providing a comfortable and secure way to carry your phone. Not only are these phone charms practical for everyday use, but they also make for a stylish and trendy accessory for your phone. They add a fun, personalized touch while keeping your phone easily accessible at all times.
The crossbody straps are adjustable in length, ranging from 80 centimeters to a maximum of 130 centimeters. This adjustable feature ensures a perfect fit for everyone, whether you're tall, short, or have any body type. These straps are designed to offer maximum comfort and versatility.
Additionally, the crossbody chains are available in three sizes: 115, 130, and 145 centimeters. This variety allows you to choose the perfect length to suit your style and needs, ensuring both fashion and function in one accessory.
You can clean the straps gently in a hand wash. We do not recommend washing the straps in the washing machine.
We always aim for the highest quality, using the best materials and real leather in everything we make. We're constantly working to improve our materials and products.
Unfortunately, we cannot avoid that after intensive and daily use, the rings or leather may slightly discolor.
Therefore, we advise to use the case with care and protect it against scratches from other surfaces. We also advise that you wear your phone with the case facing outwards, to prevent it rubbing against your pants, and thereby damaging the protective layer.

Warranty
Yes! We always strive for the highest quality and consciously chose high-quality materials and genuine leather when developing Dutchies. Therefore, we offer 3 months full warranty on all our products.
Note:
- The warranty starts on the day of purchase
- Normal signs of use are not covered by the warranty.
That depends on the policy of the store in question. We therefore recommend that you contact the store where you purchased the item, as they are the party that can grant you a warranty.
