To order
Order placed but changed your mind? Or forgot something? Please contact us as soon as possible via hello@dutchies.com. We cannot guarantee anything, but if your order has not yet been shipped, we can often still make changes.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order. However, we have several sales points in the Netherlands where Dutchies are available for purchase.
Returns
We hope that you are completely happy with your new Dutchies. If not, you have 30 days to register your return via the link below.
REGISTER DUTCHIES RETURN
Fill out the form above and follow the shipping instructions. Return the product with all supplied accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging.
Note:
- Always keep the return shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.
- Send your return no later than 7 days after registering your return.
- The costs of return shipping are at your own expense.
- As soon as your return has been received, we will refund the purchase amount to your account within 14 days.

We do not exchange products for another model/color or another product. You can return the unwanted item via the link below and then order the correct item on the website.

Payment
We offer the possibility to pay afterwards via Klarna. You can choose this payment option when completing your order.
Depending on which country you live in, we accept payments through Paypal, Klarna, Credit Card and Sofort.
Once you have entered your details while completing your order, you will see what payment options are available in your country.
For orders from the Netherlands we also accept iDeal.
Shipment
International orders will be shipped with DHL. Orders placed on business days before 2 PM will be shipped the same day.
Orders within the Netherlands and Belgium will be shipped with PostNL. Orders placed on business days before 6 PM will be shipped the same day.
All products are in stock and shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Depending on the destination, delivery is 2-5 business days.
As soon as your order is received by PostNL, you will receive an email from PostNL with the link to track your Dutchies.

Shipping to Belgium en Germany: € 4,99
International shipping costs are calculated at check out and depending of the weight of your order.
Orders within the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany over € 70,- qualify for free shipping.
All international orders over € 100,- also qualify for free shipping.

Each case is custom made for the type of phone it is suitable for. Unfortunately, there are so many different phone brands and models that we have not been able to include them all in the collection. We have chosen the most common models. The collection is constantly expanding, so keep an eye on the site or sign up for the newsletter to get the latest updates!

Yes, all products are finished with genuine and high-quality pebble leather. This ensures that the straps and cases not only look beautiful but also last a long time.
Although some customers can wirelessly charge their phone while it is in the case, our cases do not have built-in MagSafe due to the card holder blocking it. We are working on a MagSafe version, which will be available on our webshop in the spring of 2024!
The straps are adjustable in length, from 0.8 to a maximum of 1.3 meters. This makes them suitable for everyone: tall, short, and every body type.
You can clean the straps gently in a hand wash. We do not recommend washing the straps in the washing machine.
Dutchies cases and straps are made of high-quality materials and we have chosen a quality metal. Unfortunately, we cannot avoid that after intensive and daily use, the rings may slightly discolor. Therefore, we advise to use the case with care and protect it against scratches from other metals
Selling points
It's our dream...! A Dutchies shop in Amsterdam, Rotterdam or Paris... But no, unfortunately not yet! However, we have several sales points, which you can find on our contact page!
