Not happy with your purchase? 💖

We hope you’re happy with your new Dutchies! 😊 Not completely satisfied? No problem! You can return your order to Dutchies within 30 days of receiving it via our online returns portal.

Exchanges

Accidentally ordered the wrong colour or model? Or would you prefer a different phone strap length? No problem!

We cannot exchange an item directly for another product. You can easily return your item and place a new order yourself.

Tip: Choose a Giftcard for the value of your returned item. For customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, returns are free when you choose a Giftcard. You can then use the Giftcard to order the item you want.

If you choose a refund, or if you are returning from a country other than the Netherlands, Belgium or Germany, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

How to return your order

Register your return via our online returns portal using your order number and email address.
Select the product or products you would like to return and provide the reason for your return.
Choose how you would like your return to be processed: with a Giftcard or a refund.
Create your shipping label and complete your return request.
Prepare your package and send it back. Remove any old shipping labels, attach the new shipping label to the package and send your return to us.

We process your return within 7 days of receiving it, but often much faster. 😉

Giftcard or refund?

Giftcard

You’ll receive a Giftcard for the value of the returned products.
For customers in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, returns are free when you choose a Giftcard.
The Giftcard is valid for 2 years.
A Giftcard cannot be exchanged for cash.

Refund

You’ll receive a refund for the value of the returned products via the same payment method you used to place your order.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
If you return only part of your order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Important information

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
We ask you to send your return within 7 days of registering it.
Please return the product with all included accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
Phone cases can only be returned in the original phone box.
Keep your proof of postage until your return has been fully processed.

Returns from outside the EU

Did you place your order from a country outside the European Union, such as the United Kingdom, Norway or Switzerland? You can also register your return via our online returns portal.

Important for international returns

To make sure your return clears customs without any issues:

Completely remove the old shipping label from the package.
Clearly attach the commercial invoice to the outside of the package.

Returns from the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are shipped with FedEx.

Important for returns from the United Kingdom: Returns with a FedEx label must be dropped off at an official FedEx location or arranged via a FedEx pickup or return appointment. Unfortunately, returns cannot be dropped off at a Collect+ location.

Would you like to return an order from another country outside the EU and are you unable to use the returns portal? Please contact us at hello@dutchies.com. Please include your order number and the items you would like to return.

Items that cannot be returned

Some products are excluded from returns:

Personalised Dutch Bandoliers – Bandoliers with added letters or charms cannot be returned.
Lip gloss, body cream and perfume – these cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Gift wrapping – this is non-refundable.
Screen protectors – these can only be returned if unopened and undamaged.
Giftcards – these cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

Damage, a defect or an incorrect item?

Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item? Please don’t simply return the product through the regular return process. Contact us first.

a clear photo of the product

We’re happy to take a look and find a suitable solution. If the issue is covered by our warranty, we will of course cover the return shipping costs. 🩷

Statutory cooling-off period

For online purchases, you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period. This period starts on the day after you receive your order.

During this period, you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason. You can do this via our online returns portal.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase, you have another 14 days to return your order.

The statutory cooling-off period is separate from our additional 30-day return period. Our option to return your order up to 30 days after receiving it is an additional service provided by Dutchies.
