We are Dutchies, you might know us from those cool phone cases! Located in the heart of the Utrecht province, we run the most fun webshop in the Netherlands. But of course, we say that ourselves! Since our launch at the end of 2022, we've been growing like crazy. This year, we won an award for the best newcomer in e-commerce. And because of this rapid growth, we're urgently looking for reinforcements. Will you grow with us?
What you'll be doing:
As Dutchies continues to be a growing success in the Netherlands, we're eager to expand beyond borders. Yes, you heard it right, we're making the move to Germany. Just do it! says our founder Anne. But it's not as easy as it sounds, and you know that better than anyone.
In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and further developing our German webshop.
What we're looking for:
- No surprises here: You speak (ein bisschen) German.
- You're an e-commerce all-rounder because initially, a lot will fall on your plate in this role: from website optimization to the right marketing strategy, and from advertising to organizing fulfillment, you're not afraid of anything!
- If everything runs smoothly, we're not ruling out expanding the team further and specializing more.
- You're entrepreneurial, enjoy learning and setting up new things.
- You're a go-getter and give just as much gas as the average car on the German autobahn :)
- Experience in (international) e-commerce is a big plus.
- Extensive experience with social media management and content creation.
- You know how to establish the ideal marketing mix.
- You're an adventurer and always think in terms of possibilities; working at an online startup isn't for everyone.
- You enjoy learning (and quickly), think things through, execute them, and are fine with the fact that no day is the same.
If you're mainly looking for routine and structure, sorry, but that's not what we offer! We'd describe the phase Dutchies is currently in more as a wild rollercoaster than a streamlined train.
