Shipping & Delivery to the UK

Order on a working day before 3:00 PM? We'll pack your order with love and ship it the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivered by FedEx, with an estimated delivery time of 2–4 working days straight to your door.

Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a Track & Trace link so you can follow your Dutchies every step of the way.

💸 Shipping costs Orders under £70 are shipped with a small shipping fee of £4,99.

⚠️ Important: UK import duties & taxes Orders over £135 may be subject to UK import duties, VAT and FedEx clearance fees. These charges are determined by UK Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any applicable fees will be collected separately by FedEx upon delivery.

At Dutchies, your satisfaction is our top priority. With Shipping protection, you can shop with extra peace of mind, knowing that we’re here for you if something goes wrong during delivery. We’ll take care of it quickly and hassle-free! 💌

Simply add Shipping protection at checkout for a fixed fee of €2.99. Your order will then be insured up to a purchase value of €300 against loss, theft, or damage during the delivery process.

If something unexpected happens to your order, we’ll make sure you either receive a replacement product or get a refund of your purchase amount (up to a maximum of €300). This way, you can shop with confidence knowing we’re here to help whenever you need us.
