Shipping & Delivery to the UK
Orders to the United Kingdom placed on working days before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Orders are shipped with FedEx and are generally delivered within 3–4 working days.*
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace link to follow your Dutchies.
Shipping costs
Shipping to the United Kingdom costs £3.99.
Orders over £70 are shipped free of charge.
Customs fees and import charges
The United Kingdom is outside the European Union. Different customs rules apply to orders shipped to the UK:
- Orders under £135: Any applicable import duties and taxes are automatically calculated and included at checkout.
- Orders over £135: UK import duties, VAT and FedEx customs clearance fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the recipient and may be charged separately by FedEx.
The exact amount of any applicable fees depends on the order and is determined by the UK authorities and/or shipping carrier.

Please note that any applicable costs for orders over £135 are not included in your order total and cannot be covered by Dutchies.
Delivery*
Orders are generally delivered within 3–4 working days after shipment.
Please allow an additional 1–3 business days for delivery during busy periods or holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you can follow your delivery using the track & trace link provided by FedEx.
