Exchanges
Ordered the wrong colour or model? Or would you prefer a different length phone chain? No problem! You have 30 days to register your return.
While we cannot directly exchange an item for another product, you can easily return your item via our online return portal and place a new order.
⚠️ Please note: Free return shipping via Giftcard is only available for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. As a UK customer, return shipping costs are at your own expense (£15.90).
Returns
We hope you love your new Dutchies! 😊 Not completely satisfied? You can return your item within 30 days.
How it works:
- Register your return via our online return portal using your order number and email address.
- Select the product(s) you want to return and provide the reason for return.
- Create a shipping label and complete your return request.
- Prepare your package:
- Remove the old shipping label completely from the package
- Attach the commercial invoice clearly to the outside of the package
- Attach the new shipping label and send it back to us
We process your return within 7 days (often faster 😉).

💡 Please note: Unfortunately, free return shipping is not available for UK customers. Return shipping costs of £15.90 apply in all cases. Returns are shipped with FedEx.
⚠️ Important Information
- Return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.
- Phone cases can only be returned in their original phone box.
- Ship your return no later than 7 days after registering it.
- To ensure your package successfully passes customs, make sure the old shipping label is completely removed and the commercial invoice is clearly attached to the outside of the package.
🚫 Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Personalised Dutch Bandoliers – items personalised with letters or charms cannot be returned.
- Lip gloss, body cream, and perfume – cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Gift wrapping – not refundable.
- Screen protectors – only returnable if unopened and undamaged.
- Giftcards – non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
🔧 Damage or Problems?
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away at hello@dutchies.com with:
- Your order number
- A short description of the issue
- A photo clearly showing the problem
