All products are in stock and shipped from our warehouse in The Netherlands. Depending on the destination, delivery is 2-5 business days, but can take longer for orders outside the EU.

We work with several reliable couriers such as DHL, DHL Warenpost, BPost, Evri and Colis Privé. When completing your order, you will see which courier delivers your package.

Wrong color or model, or rather a different length phone chain? No problem! While direct exchanges for a different item aren't possible, you can easily return your product via our online return portal.

If you choose to receive a Gift card for your return, you'll receive free return shipping of your package (available only in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany) and a Gift card for the value of your purchase. You can then use this Gift card to place a new order at your convenience.

Please note: If you opt for a refund, or are returning an order from outside the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

You have 30 days to register your return.

Return instructions:

1. Register your return via our online return form by entering your order number and email address.

3. Select your return method and complete your return request.
4. Print the return form and shipping label, and you are ready to send it back!
5. As soon as your return has been received and processed, a Gift card or refund will be issued.

• Please return the product with all included accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original state and packaging. The phone cases can only be returned in the original box.

Personalised Dutch Bandoliers: If you have personalised your Dutch Bandolier with letter(s) or charms, it cannot be returned.

Lip gloss: For hygiene reasons, lip gloss cannot be returned

Gift wrapping: Gift wrapping services are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Screen protectors: Screen protectors can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and undamaged.

Is your phone type not listed?
This means that we unfortunately do not have any cases available for your phone model. Each case is custom made for the type of phone it is suitable for. Unfortunately, there are so many different phone brands and models that we have not been able to include them all in the collection. We have chosen the most common models.

However, the collection is constantly expanding, so keep an eye on the site or sign up for the newsletter to get the latest updates on new releases!

Yes, unless stated otherwise, all products are finished with genuine, high-quality leather. This ensures that our straps and phone cases not only look great, but are also made to last.

We’ve recently added a denim phone case to our collection as well. Made from 100% cotton, it’s a stylish, vegan-friendly alternative!

For certain telephone models, we have special MagSafe cases that allows you to wirelessly charge your phone.

For optimal performance of this feature, we recommend using an original Apple MagSafe charger.

We do not recommend wirelessly charging your phone with our normal cases, because the card holder blocks this functionality, and since these cases aren't designed for this purpose, it can lead to your phone overheating.

Hand straps
Our hand straps are 32 cm long – perfect for wearing around your wrist or carrying by hand. Stylish and practical!

Crossbody straps (adjustable)
These can be adjusted from 80 cm to 130 cm, so you can wear them exactly how you like.

Tip: Great if you want flexibility between a shorter shoulder style or a longer crossbody fit.

Crossbody chains (fixed length)
Available in three lengths:

➤ 115 cm – Ideal for petite frames or if you prefer your phone to sit a bit higher.
➤ 130 cm – Our most popular length, offering a comfortable fit for most body types.
➤ 145 cm – Perfect for taller people or those who like a looser, relaxed crossbody style.

We always aim for the highest quality, using the best materials and real leather in everything we make. We're constantly working to improve our materials and products.

Unfortunately, we cannot avoid that after intensive and daily use, the rings or leather may slightly discolor.

Therefore, we advise to use the case with care and protect it against scratches from other surfaces. We also advise that you wear your phone with the case facing outwards, to prevent it rubbing against your pants, and thereby damaging the protective layer.

Yes! We always strive for the highest quality and consciously chose high-quality materials and genuine leather when developing Dutchies. Therefore, we offer 3 months full warranty on all our products.

Note:

• The warranty starts on the day of purchase
• Normal signs of use are not covered by the warranty.

That depends on the policy of the store in question. We therefore recommend that you contact the store where you purchased the item, as they are the party that can grant you a warranty.
