"Had deze handstraps besteld omdat ik deze met gouden kraal leuk vond, maar kreeg er een zonder gouden kraal. Stuurde een reactie en kreeg dit als antwoord 🥲. Dankjewel voor je reactie! Er zijn inderdaad twee batches handstraps: één met de kraal en één zonder de kraal. Deze liggen door elkaar en worden gepickt door een robot, waardoor ik helaas niet een bepaalde variant naar je kan opsturen. Zo jammer 😌"

"Wat een feestje om mijn bestelling te ontvangen. Ik had er totaal geen verwachtingen bij en werd compleet verrast door de sfeervolle en mooie verpakkingen. Een prachtig hoesje, stijlvolle slimline en elegante charm strap maken dat ik straks kan shinen en zal mijn mobiel hopelijk minder klappen krijgen. Daarom ook de slimline en charm strap. . . mijn telefoon gleed nog weleens uit mijn handen. Helaas paste het hoesje niet goed om mijn telefoon. Hierover een mail gestuurd. Binnen een uur had ik een reactie op mijn mail en kreeg ik later twee opties hoe we het zouden oplossen. Allemaal super vriendelijk, klantgericht en betrokken gecommuniceerd. Heel fijn!
