Shipping within the Netherlands

Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 PM are shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipped with DHL, usually delivered the next day.*

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace link to follow your Dutchies.

Belgium

Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 PM are shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipped with BPost, usually delivered the next day.*

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace link to follow your Dutchies.

Germany

Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 AM are shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipped with DHL, within 1 or 2 workdays.*

UK

Orders placed on weekdays before 03:00 PM are shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipped with FedEx, within 3-4 days.*

International Shipping

International orders are shipped with FedEx and also dispatched the same day if placed before 3:00 PM (CET) on weekdays.
Delivery time: 2–6 business days, depending on the destination.

• NL, BE & DE for orders over €70,-

Shipping Protection at Dutchies

At Dutchies, we do everything we can to process your order with care and love and to deliver it safely to your home. But we understand it can be nice to have that little bit of extra peace of mind. That’s why we offer you the option of Shipping Protection! 

What does it include?

Insure your order starting from €1.99. The price depends on the value of your order, so you're always insured just right! Shipping Protection is available for orders up to €500,-.

This means you’re protected against loss, theft, or damage during the delivery process. If something unexpectedly goes wrong, we’ll make sure you either receive a replacement product or get your purchase amount refunded up to the insured value.

How does it work?

• Select Shipping Protection: Simply add the option during checkout.
  
• Cost: From €1.99 per order. The price depends on the value of your order and is calculated automatically for you.
  
• Delivery Time: No worries: even with Shipping Protection, your order is shipped just as quickly. Orders placed on working days before 20:00 are shipped the same day. 

Has your package not arrived within 5 working days* after shipping? Contact us at hello@dutchies.com.
We’ll make sure your order is reshipped within 1 to 2 working days. In the rare event that something goes wrong again, we’ll refund the full purchase amount. Shipping Protection is available for orders up to €500,-.

*Within the EU (excluding the Netherlands), a waiting period of 7 working days applies. For orders outside the EU, it's 14 working days. Calculated from the moment we pack and ship your order.
