Not Happy With Your Purchase? 💖
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong color or model? Or would you prefer a different length phone chain? No problem! You have 30 days to register your return. While we cannot directly exchange an item for another product, you can easily return your item via our online return portal and place a new order.
Tip: Choose a Giftcard for the value of your purchase, and the return shipping is completely free. Please note: this option is only available for customers in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany. With the giftcard, you can order the correct item yourself.
If you choose a refund, or if you are returning from outside the Netherlands, Belgium, or Germany, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Not completely satisfied? You can return your item within 30 days.
Return Instructions

Register your return or exchange via our online return portal using your order number and email address.

Select the product (or products) you want to return and provide the reason for return.

Choose how you want your return processed: with a Giftcard (free shipping NL, DE, BE) or refund.

Create a shipping label and complete your return request.

Prepare your package and send it back: remove any old labels, attach the new shipping label to the package, and send it to us. We process your return within 7 days (often faster 😉).
Once your return is processed, you’ll receive a Giftcard worth the value of your purchase, so you can order the correct item yourself.

The giftcard is valid for 2 years.

Please note: a giftcard cannot be converted into cash.
Important Information

Return costs are free when choosing a Giftcard (NL, BE, DE only).

If you choose a refund, return shipping costs are at your own expense.

Return the product with all supplied accessories and, if reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging.

Phone cases can only be returned in their original phone box.

Ship your return no later than 7 days after registering it.

Returns for Orders Placed Outside the EU
If your order was placed from a country outside the European Union (United Kingdom, United States, Norway, or Switzerland), you can register your return also via our online return portal.
Important for International Returns
To ensure your package successfully passes customs, please make sure that:

The old shipping label is completely removed from the package.

The commercial invoice is clearly attached to the outside of the package.

Items That Cannot Be Returned
Some products are excluded from our return policy:

Personalized Dutch Bandoliers – items personalized with letters or charms cannot be returned.

Lip gloss, body cream, and perfume – cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Gift wrapping – not refundable.

Screen protectors – only returnable if unopened and undamaged.

Giftcards – non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Damage or Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
