"Eind januari 2026 heb ik de hele goldy set besteld met de Jane charm. In februari zag ik dat de haakjes van de charm begonnen te verkleuren. Ik heb contact gezocht en vrijwel direct kreeg ik een mail dat dit wordt recht gezet en ik een nieuwe carm kon krijgen of, als ik dat wilde, een andere keuze kon maken. Top service! Wat ik wel jammer vind is dat het metaal dus kan verkleuren. Het is zo mooi materiaal, met de hand gemaakt. Erg jammer dat de kans erin zit, bij veelvuldig gebruik, het metaal kan verkleuren."
