"J’ai fait une première commande qui n’est jamais arrivée, une deuxième qui n’est jamais arrivé (concierge 24h/24 à l’entrée de logement non impossible de ne pas pouvoir laisser le paquet) et je demande une compensation qui a été proposé de seulement 5%. Mauvais commerçant même si le livreur est probablement le problème, ils n ont pas proposé de solution adéquate face à une cliente non satisfaire.
