Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within the Netherlands
Orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 PM are shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipped with DHL, usually delivered the next day.*
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace link to follow your Dutchies.
Belgium
Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 PM are shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipped with BPost, usually delivered the next day.*
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace link to follow your Dutchies.
Germany
Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 AM are shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipped with DHL, within 1 or 2 workdays.*
UK
Orders placed on weekdays before 03:00 PM are shipped the same day from our warehouse in the Netherlands. Shipped with FedEx, within 3-4 days.*
International Shipping
International orders are shipped with FedEx and also dispatched the same day if placed before 3:00 PM (CET) on weekdays.
Delivery time: 2–6 business days, depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs
- Netherlands: €3.99
- Belgium & Germany: €4.99
- Other countries: calculated at checkout (based on order weight)
UK customers: Orders over £135 may be subject to UK import duties, VAT and FedEx clearance fees. These charges are determined by UK Customs and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for delivery during busy periods or holidays.

Shipping protection
At Dutchies, we do everything we can to process your order with care and deliver it safely to your doorstep. However, something can occasionally go wrong during transport. That’s why we offer Shipping protection, so you can shop with complete peace of mind.
What does it include?
Add Shipping protection at checkout for a fixed fee of €2.99. Your order will then be insured up to a purchase value of €300 against loss, theft, or damage during the delivery process.
If something unexpected happens, we’ll make sure you either receive a replacement product or get your purchase amount refunded (up to a maximum of €300).
How does it work?
- Simply add Shipping protection during checkout.
- Shipping protection costs €2.99 per order and is available for orders with a purchase value of up to €300.
- No worries: your order will be shipped just as quickly with Shipping protection. Orders placed on working days before 8:00 PM will be shipped the same day.
Has your package not arrived after 5 working days* from the date of shipment? Please contact us at hello@dutchies.com. We will make sure your order is reshipped within 1 to 2 working days. In the rare event that something goes wrong again, we will refund the full purchase amount (up to a maximum of €300).
* Within the EU (excluding the Netherlands), a waiting period of 7 working days applies. For orders outside the EU, this is 14 working days. This period starts from the moment your order has been shipped.
