"Ik ken geen andere hoesjes die zo stevig en fijn zijn als die van Dutchies! Nadat mijn favoriete hoesje uitverkocht was, had ik me aangemeld voor de nalevering. Zodra hij weer op voorraad was, heb ik Mauve meteen besteld. Hij is prachtig en voelt weer net zo fijn aan als altijd. Op naar mijn volgende Dutchies hoesje!"

Uiteindelijk netjes opgelost ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

"Al eerder heel goede ervaringen met Dutchies gehad; mijn vorige hoesje heb ik ruim 3 jaar met veel plezier gebruikt. Bij mijn nieuwe hoesje vervaagde helaas de gouden opdruk al na een paar dagen. In eerste instantie kreeg ik hiervoor een gedeeltelijke vergoeding van €9,41, maar ik besloot het hoesje toch te retourneren. De retour is uiteindelijk heel netjes afgehandeld: ik ontving een giftcard voor het volledige aankoopbedrag van €75 en de eerdere vergoeding van €9,41 werd niet verrekend. Inmiddels heb ik met de giftcard een ander model in mauve met bijpassend koord besteld en daar ben ik erg blij mee. Een product kan natuurlijk een keer tegenvallen; voor mij telt vooral hoe het daarna wordt opgelost. Uiteindelijk dus heel tevreden met de afhandeling én mijn nieuwe set! 😊"
