For as long as I can remember, I’ve dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur, of having “something of my own.” But I never truly dared to take the leap. In 2022, we traveled through Africa for a year with our two toddlers. Stepping away from career expectations and everything that felt “safe” gave me so much confidence. Because really, what’s the worst that can happen?
Today, Dutchies turns three, and I could never have imagined where we would be by now, or the incredible dream team around me that is helping us grow so fast.
If these three years of Dutchies have taught me anything, it’s that dreams really can come true. I truly hope that my dream and the Dutchies journey inspire you, as a customer, to go after your own dreams too. Life is far too short to keep postponing them.
